• Bachelor degree in Fashion design or related fields.
• Strong knowledge in fashion retail.
• Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening, presentation and decision making skills
• Solid commercial acumen and the ability to “decode” customers behavior.
• Fluent in English both oral & written.
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
• Willing to travel, flexible schedule.

• Plan and develop merchandising strategies.
• Demonstrate strong instinct and insight into products trends.
• Plan budgets & present sales forecast, OTB/Open To Buy for Sales, Margin, and Inventory.
• Daily communication with suppliers to negotiate prices and managing delivery timeline.
• Develop merchandising strategies that balance customers, expectations with company’s objectives.
• Analyze sales figures, customers responses and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges and stock.
• Monitor stock movement and manage markdowns, promotions, price changes, and clearance activities.
• Collaborate with marketing, operational, and other related department to maximize sales.
